June 14, 2010 - VidroArt

Introduced at NEOCON '10, VidroArt expands the extensive options available in the Vidro glass table series first introduced in 2005. A new technology for office tables, ceramic frit digital printing, allows the designer to place any image - graphic art, photography or corporate branding message - directly on a glass tabletop without using films or laminations. The applications are now endless as Vidro can offer any single, solid color and VidroArt any specified image for tables of any size or shape. To help illustrate the visual art theme of the space, Chicago artist Doug Freitag used dry erase markers to create colorful murals on Vidro tabletops attached to several vertical surfaces throughout the display. These art markerboards remind us that in offices creative ideas can be recorded on any surface including Vidro tables and that art can now be expressed on horizontal surfaces through VidroArt tables. Also introduced at Neocon: a new stainless steel edge option in Vidro; the beam base; a height adjustable mechanism for both small meeting rables and for telescoping flatscreen TVs in storage cabinets.

June 12, 2006 - Customize With Confidence

Announced at NEOCON ’06 Prismatique’s program to allow maximum designer choice in materials (with focus on tabletops) highlighted a display of new table ideas. Applying painted back glass within a modified Parsons conference table, bamboo veneer to a fliptop training table, marble and granite to café tables and natural slate, corianTM and silestoneTM to a variety of occasionals emphasized the ability to "Customize with Confidence" while avoiding high custom prices.

June 12, 2005 - Painted Back Glass

Introduced at NEOCON '05, Chicago this new surface material option for conference and occasional tables adds to our existing stone, wood veneer, colora and laminate tabletop finish program.

Painted back glass surfaces are available on all Prismatique table bases and occasionals product lines. Available in 21 colora color options (with custom colors at an upcharge) this 1/4" extra clear (ie.no green pigmentation), safety glass material provides true color representation without the distortion of regular glass.

Our unique table construction supports and protects the painted back glass on an angled subtop (painted the same color) resulting in a fine, reverse bevel edge detail. Recessed electrical/communication units can easily be cut into the glass surface to accomodate technology requirements. Application possibilities include conference tables, table desks and occasionals. We do NOT recommend painted back glass surfaces for mobile table environments, training tables, folding or fliptop table applications.
